    An attende requested their account to be deleted by accident. How do I undo/restore fully?

    There is a portal to submit a privacy request.

    Privacy Request Form

    You will need to know a number of things like what type of privacy request, whether the person is staff, attendee, exhibitor and for what modules you want Cvent to search, i.e. events, attendee hub, surveys and the account number for each module.

    The process is easy and the Cvent GDPR is very responsive!

    Hi Carrie - 

    If I am reading your question correctly, your concern is that an attendee accidently requested "to be deleted".  I don't believe that it can be reverted back but you should check with Cvent Customer Support to be sure.  My guess is that you might need to help them get "Opted Back In".

    Again, Cvent Support can help you understand what they did and how to get them back on track.
