The Fit Score is one of three sub scores used in the calculation of Cvent's Response Automation tool. This sub score is designed to weigh the room to space ratio, the pattern fit, and potential to impact your ability to layer groups around this group.
The hotel is able to control the configurations that go into calculating the score. Configurations are initially set up in the implementation/onboarding phase, but they can be audited and adjusted afterwards at any time.
