Thank you for your interest in joining our System Administrators Community User Group and thank you to the Cvent Community Team for setting us up with our own community. As System Administrators, our needs are different than what generally lands in the Cvent Community. This space is for us to share ideas, experiences, tips, and tricks for our unique needs.
Many of us met at Cvent Connect where I mentioned I have hosted a Cvent Peer Group, virtually outside of Cvent, for two years. We supported and learned from each other as Cvent rolled out the Attendee Hub, the new Access Portal, and other new functionality and solutions. I look forward to learning from you and for all of us to benefit from our community.
Last year during an implementation project with Cvent, I learned how to use Strategic Meeting Management (SMM). It was a game changer! Understanding how to apply SMM to our events program, and in particular, our Event Build Program, replaced manual work with automation, enhanced the internal customer experience, and increased efficiencies and data integrity. It makes me think, how are you using it for your program?
