I hope everyone is having a great week! My name is Greg Strong, and I am a Senior Customer Success Advisor at Cvent who will be hosting the Boston Customer Success Group on Wednesday (08/07/24) from 10 AM - 1 PM CT.
We'll be talking through how you can elevate your events/events program through personalization within Cvent. You more than likely are already personalizing your events for your invitees/registrants and we'd love to hear from everyone how they're currently doing this with their events. Personalization is not only for your invitees/registrants but also for your internal teams/stakeholders.
I'd like everyone to think about how they personalize their events ahead of the Customer Success Group so we can share ideas as a group and come away with new ideas. One idea I can think of is utilizing Advanced Filters for Event Emails to target specific audiences. Maybe your event is hybrid and you have in-person attendees and virtual attendees. By having different emails for each audience, you can provide them with the necessary information ahead of the event that's relevant to their attendance type.
