I ended up creating a custom field for Building Location and using that field as a filter in the session widget and in the attendee hub. I also added a note in bold text before the description of each applicable session that said the session takes place off site and to allow for travel time and included how often the shuttles will run between the conference center and that building.
Using the speaker section is a really interesting and creative idea but unfortunately, we are using Speakers to promote our presenters.
Session groups was something I considered, but ultimately did not use because it displayed so strangely in the Session and Agenda widget due to how things laid out chronologically for the rest of the event.

Subject: Session Description HTML Workaround?
Have you looked into a Session Category with a custom data tag, Session Location or even the Resources (this one might not work if it only shows on the back end) to mark this? I was thinking you might be able to use the speaker's section if you weren't highlighting speakers and update the language management for it.

Subject: Session Description HTML Workaround?
Hello all,
I know that HTML is not currently available in session descriptions, but I'm looking for any creative workarounds for something that you all may have used in the past.
I have an upcoming event that is taking place in 3 different buildings simultaneously. The conference center is the main location for the majority of our activities, but I am also offering sessions in my company's two manufacturing facilities 15 and 30 minutes down the road from the conference center. We are providing transportation between the conference center and our manufacturing facilities, but I foresee confusion for our attendees that I'd like to mitigate as much as possible. Each session will have a location with the building name in it, but we all know how well attendees read those kinds of things in advance.
My first thought was to put a small bus icon or something similar at the beginning of each description of a session that requires bussing to catch their eye and then include a note that the session takes place in a different building and that they will need to plan for travel time before the session. I know that's not possible without HTML input. I'm worried that a note in the description will get lost, and that I'll have attendees miss the bus to the other location and miss out on a session they wanted to attend.
Does anyone have any creative ideas of how to clearly communication this information to attendees? We will of course be mentioning that sessions will be in three different locations in our marketing and in emails leading up to the event, but I'm hoping for something super clear in each attendees' agenda as well.
Thanks for your thoughts!
