Our slack integration with Splash hasn't been working for about 24 hours. Support told us to add a username, and add # to the event channel (something I have never done in 3 years), but that didn't fix it. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm wondering if it's an overarching integration issue instead of something specific to us.
