    Hello,

    I am in the planning process with a client and he would like to get his employee's feedback on breakout topics. Everyone is already registered, so I can't make it part of the registration. And the event hasn't taken place yet, so it's not part of a post-event survey. What is the best way to this?

    Hi Katie,

    Hope you're well!

    You can use any of the following two options :

    1. You can add the questions in the registration process and publish the designer. Once this is done, you can create and email with modify registration data tag in the email and ask the registrants to login to their registration > modify the registration > Answer the new questions added > submit the modification.

    2. You can create a feedback survey. Under General Feedback Survey, remove the default survey questions and add the questions you want to ask. Change the survey availability to 'All Registrants' and publish the survey designer. Create an email with audience type as 'Accepted Registrants' and add the survey data tag in the email and send it to all those who are registered for the event to answer the questions. Once you have all the responses, you can go back to the survey and 'Hide' the survey questions (do not delete them) and later you can create the event feedback survey.

    If you have multiple invitation lists, you'll have to create these emails within each invitation list to send it to the invitees added within different lists.
