I am arranging our Congress for 2024 and will be using a third party to contract the majority of our hotel accommodation.

When delegates request the accommodation, the third party would like the delegates to pay them directly and not the hotel.

Is it possible for a delegate to pay to a third party via Cvent?

Hi Andy, 

Yes, we are a third party and we do this for a lot of our events. They need to have the merchant integration for online payments through cvent - this is the quickest way. When someone needs to pay for the hotel we provide them with the online payment link, however we also have the details for direct deposit if they prefer to pay that way as well.
