Question: is the registration deadline time automatically set to the same time zone as the event date/time? Or do you have to adjust that manually? Example: I have an event that is on the West Coast, so my event date/time is in PST. I want to set the registration time to the day of the event at 4:00 p.m. PST, but the timezone is not specified on the registration deadline, so I want to be sure.

Yes the registration deadline time zone is set to the same time zone that you have selected for the event overall within General > Event Information > Details > When: Time Zone.
