Hi Sarah-
I have worked with many clients, and each one has kind of approached this a little differently. I would first think about the types of users you have in your system. Are they seasoned planners or admins that are responsible for meeting planning? These two different types can require two different needs when it comes to training. You also have to consider how many processes are specific to your organization verses the normal "Cvent" ways of doing things. If you have a very specific process or ways things should be accomplish, you can use the trainings in the Academy as a part of your overall training strategy, but I would develop specific trainings that are geared toward your companies processes to ensure that there is no gaps in the users understanding. If you don't have your own platform or internal space to house this, I would check with your account team to see if you can use the Cvent Community section for your organization. You can use a intranet page to house this as well. Finally, I would also recommend that you incorporate a monthly or quarterly training for your planners/users. This will keep a lot of the processes top of mind and keep an open channel for feedback for future trainings.

Does anyone have an internal training program for their staff using Cvent? Wondering what works, documentation? Regular internal user groups? Do you just send new staff to Cvent's online Academy? Thanks! Looking to plan out training for a new team member .
