Hi Colleen,
After you've imported registrations, you can do a Hotel Request import to add in their approved hotel room "requests" and corresponding hotel confirmation numbers. If you need to import two hotel reservations for one attendee, you can do so in the same import file, you'll just need to list the attendee twice and in each line input each of their hotel's information. I've attached a screenshot from my test import that demonstrates this.
Once the hotel information is imported into the attendee records, you can use a data tag in Cvent emails that will pull in that information for both hotels. There are a couple data tags I can recommend, but it depends which look and feel of the tables they populate that you like better for your emails, but they are {[C-ALL HOTEL DETAILS]} and {[C-MY HOTEL]}

Subject: Two separate hotel reservations for same registrant
I am working on an event where we'll be importing all of the information: the registrations, hotel requests, and hotel confirmations. Some attendees will be starting at one hotel and then moving to another. Is it possible to import two separate hotel requests under the same registrant? If that is possible, can you then include both locations, dates, and confirmation numbers in an email?
