Hi Kelly,
Please try the following steps:
- Open your Excel sheet and press CTRL + SHIFT + Spacebar to select all data.
- Copy the data and use Paste Special > Values to paste it into a new Excel file.
- Check if all columns in the new file have headers. If any headers are missing, add them manually.
- Save the new file as an Excel file and try importing it again.
If this doesn't work, let me know, and I can suggest another solution.
Please contact me if you need any assistance on anything with your event in Cvent.

Subject: Upload database to Internal questions
I keep getting the error message that states at least one column header is missing when I am trying to upload a database for the internal questions into my program in Cvent.
Can anyone tell me what might be happening? I have checked every column header and they all appear there and I do have both the confirmation and email in there as well? I can't figure out what to do?
Any help is appreciated.
