  • 1.  Upload database to Internal questions

    Posted 02-13-2025 14:08

I keep getting the error message that states at least one column header is missing when I am trying to upload a database for the internal questions into my program in Cvent.

Can anyone tell me what might be happening?  I have checked every column header and they all appear there and I do have both the confirmation and email in there as well?  I can't figure out what to do?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Kelly,

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Open your Excel sheet and press CTRL + SHIFT + Spacebar to select all data.
    2. Copy the data and use Paste Special > Values to paste it into a new Excel file.
    3. Check if all columns in the new file have headers. If any headers are missing, add them manually.
    4. Save the new file as an Excel file and try importing it again.

If this doesn't work, let me know, and I can suggest another solution.

Please contact me if you need any assistance on anything with your event in Cvent.
