Hello Lisa,
YouTube videos are the only form currently supported in the video section of the venue profile. There's a step by step article linked here: Adding Videos to a Venue Profile.
Another option is to add them as Document Links, but they wouldn't show as prominently on the profile as the YouTube Video link route.
You can try calling our support line if you still run into issues with the linking. You can share the exact error message you are seeing when trying to link the video.
