When we host an event, we get several walk-ins, and I would like to easily search our database to see if they have been invited to the event they are walking into (since only registered guests show up on OnArrival) and see if they are in our contact database (perhaps we already have their contact info, or they are one of our VIPs, or attended an event before).

Does OnArrival have the capability to do this? 

How does your organization check if walk-ins were invited to the event, or check if you have their contact information already in your system (so you don't have to ask them for their organization and email address when they are walking in)?

Would love to hear tips/tricks/suggestions to enhance the walk-in guest experience.

OnArrival will only show registered attendees, however I have customers who will bring a laptop onsite with Cvent up so they can check if the walk-in is on the invitation list or in the address book. I would also recommend having a separate line for walk-ins so you can continue to keep the check-in line streamlined and help those move as fast as possible.
