  • 1.  Webinar Reporting - Registrations vs Attendees

    The team asked me to report on the registrations vs actual attendees for our last four webinars, and while I have the data, I was wondering if it was already summarized in a slick little dashboard or something. I have tried to customize my reports but the exact wording doesn't exist or I have to pull multiple reports to get the data my team needs. It's a huge undertaking. 

    Does anyone have any suggestions or some kind of shortcut?

    Hi Ashleigh,

    If you are using Cvent Webinar, the only way to run a report across multiple webinars is through cross event reporting. Within the cross-event report that you are running (I recommend the Event Details report), you'll want to make sure you pull in the field for "Event Category" and then filter by the answer "Cvent Webinar". This will make sure that you are only pulling in your webinar events, and then you can compare them to each other to get the data you need. This will also keep you to only one report, instead of having to pull multiple.
