    Hi Kylie,

I'd love to learn more about the Call for Papers feature - it's one that the current Stanford license doesn't have so we run our call for presenters in a separate system and then import speakers/abstracts that got selected. I'd love to see how using a Cvent product could make the process smoother. One thng to keep in mind is that we need the ability to have folks who don't have a user account (Stanford faculty, but also non-Stanford faculty) be part of the reviewers.

    Cheers,

    Hi Beline,

It is great to hear you are interested in our Abstract Management Tool. Once creating an Abstract, you have the option to import reviewers manually or from the address book. These reviewers will not need a Cvent account in order to review the Abstracts. Feel free to take a look at the Community articles linked, and reach out to myself if you have any further questions!

Have any other Universities here successfully implemented Abstract Management for their call for papers?
