  • 1.  Workaround Needed for Survey Report: General Feedback Details

    I am using a Premium Survey and had a lot of questions  w/ layered logic.  I like the format of the General Feedback Details Report, which allows me to see the responses for each respondent in a row (each response is a column).  However, I appear to have hit a maximum capacity for questions/responses that can be included in the report export. I get an error message have so "You have selected 162 fields. You can select up to 150."  The only fields I have selected, other than questions, is First Name, Last Name, Company, and Response Status. I don't want to cut any of the responses out, of course. The build-your-own report only covers registration info, not survey responses yet.  What is a good workaround to allow me to run this report without sacrificing any questions/Reponses?

    Hi Maggie,

    I recommend running multiple reports and combining them outside of Cvent into a larger Excel file since it's a column field capacity limitation.
