    We are new to Cvent and our Accounting Department will be reviewing reports and transactions for our events. Is there a standard suggestion for the level of permissions/access someone in that role would need to have?

    Admin rights are needed to add General Ledger codes.

    Create new customized reports with information that your Accounting Department needs access to. Then share these reports out via a link through a User Group in your Admin setting.

    You can create a group for your accounting folks and give them access to just the reports they need.

    Creating a group and selecting folks you'd like to only see certain reports, events, etc. via Admin Rights.

    IF you want them to have direct access you will need to give them admin rights. However, if they just need to VIEW reports you can grant them access to the new dashboards.
