We are experiencing some difficulty regarding our registration translation for invoices. Chantal and Laura. We created an invoice on Cvent for registration and the text itself is bilingual, but all the data being pulled to the invoice is English. There is no field where we can click to make it French. Any help on doing this would be greatly appreciated (admission items, session titles, optional events, etc.)?

Hi Chantal,

You can customize/translate the system-generated text within Website & Registration > Language Management. Here, you can select the Language you are working in, and find the words/phrases you are looking to update.

Thank you Danni, Unfortunately, this is a glitch in Cvent right now, the “invoice” data tags do not translate, they are working on it but as a temporary solution I have created an invoice for our French delegates in the email templates. Chantal
