Hi, under the hotel section, where it ask if they need housing request and based on the Yes/No, the registration will either display the housing page or direct them to the next page. is there a function where if they say No, to ask for reason and that is captured in the report?

We have Alternate Travel Questions to capture any information that you need if a registrant chooses that they do not want to book a travel request. You can create an Alternate Travel Question by going to Website & Registration > Registration Questions > Travel Questions > View > Alternate Questions > Hotel Requests.
