Hi there. I am new to Cvent. I wanted to access the Event Website list, but it keeps appearing in grey and I cannot access anything. Is there a quick fix? It works initially taking me through 2 of the 5 helpful tips then the page dims and I cannot do anything.

Hi Clare,

I was able to replicate this page being greyed out, which should not be occurring. I can escalate this to the Technology Team on your behalf, and keep you updated through comments here.

Perfect - you can let me know if your colleague provides any additional information. As I said, I was able to replicate this at first, but then I cleared my cache/history and accessed the pages again without clicking on the Help Tips and I was able to move forward. 

I would suggest to try the above, and if you still are seeing any greyed out/unaccessible pages, let me know and I can escalate this.

Hi Clare,

I have heard back from our Technology Team and they were able to determine why this is occurring - on the 3rd step of Helpful Tips, it points to the Event Summary page, however in your event it is titled Event summary (lowercase s). Therefore, this is impacting the pointer behind the Helpful Tips and giving us the error in the system. 

You can fix this by adjusting the title of the page to say Event Summary with a capital S, and the pointer can work successfully.
