Hello,
If you're looking to hyperlink registrants to another page of your event website, I would recommend creating a custom weblink for this page, then inserting that weblink behind the text. To create a custom weblink, go to Promotion & Communication > Web > Weblinks > Create Link > Name the link (something like Staff Page if that's what you're creating it for) > Set it to "If invitees arrive from this link, they will go to the: Landing Page > Click on the dropdown next to Landing Page and select which page you want to create the link for > Save.

Anchoring is usually on the same page that you are on. If you are jumping from page to page, this would be via a the weblinks or datatags for that weblink.
