    Has anyone put into a confirmation email a question for delegates to respond to by ticking one of four boxes i.e Which hot topic would you like to discuss on the day. A,B,C or D and the answers will be available on a report?

    Hello Amanda,

    I've done this before for a client. 

    This can be done by first creating the question and then adding a Data Tag to the confirmation email.



    After clicking on the Data Tag, type in answer in the far right field and then select the left triangle and select which answers you would like in the confirmation email. You may need a header that says Answered Questions (or similar), as this Data Tag only spits out the answers.



    For the reports you could create a Custom Report (Reporting > Custom Report)

    Step 1: Category: Attendees; Type: All Attendees
    Step 2: Add Field... > Category: Registration Questions > select questions you want on the report
    Step 3: Select your Group/Sort Criteria
    Step 4: Dates of report (leave the To: field blank if you want to keep the report up-to-date); and select any advanced filters.

    Finish & Run report
