Hi Andrea,
Cvent team has to add the currency options to your account for you to be able to use it in the event. Once added you will be able to change it under Event Details > Event Configuration. Please keep in mind that if you are using a merchant account that processes payments only in US Dollars then you will need a new integration to process the payments in Canadian Dollars.
