  • 1.  Can't change currency to Canadian dollar

    I would like to change the currency of my event to Canadian dollars, but when I try to change the currency in Event Details --> General --> Event Configuration --> Pricing --> Fees there is no option to select Canadian dollars. Is there a way that I can add Canadian dollars as an option?

    Hi Andrea,

    Cvent team has to add the currency options to your account for you to be able to use it in the event. Once added you will be able to change it under Event Details > Event Configuration. Please keep in mind that if you are using a merchant account that processes payments only in US Dollars then  you will need a new integration to process the payments in Canadian Dollars.

    You can request this change by contacting our Customer Care team at 866.328.4357, option 1 for Event.
