Why do I get duplicate names in customized reports? I have 2 questions that have multiple answers and I tried to use the filter but then I get 0 results

Hi Kaleena,

It would depend on the type of report you're running. If the report is the type of Survey Answers, then each registrant's answer will pull on its own row of the report. So if I answered two registration questions, you will see two rows with my name associated.

If you only want to see registrants' names once, then you can use the Grouping tab of the custom report to group by full name or create a new custom report with the type of All Attendees.

Hi Julia, Thanks for responding back. If there were duplicates for all of the names, it would make more sense. However, not everyone on the list is duplicated. This would mean that those 41 people answered another registration question that the remaining 319 did not. For example, if I answere two registration questions, then you will see two rows with my name associated. If I answered one, then I would only appear once.
