The cost of the admission items is populating beside the admission item. Where "Complimentary" would sit if the admission item were free. I know how to remove the "Complimentary" but not the price tag.

How do I remove the admission item fee from populating on the selection page? I don't want them to see how much it costs until the end!

Hi Laura,

Unfortunately there is not a way to hide admission item prices from the Item Selection page. If you are offering your registrants different choices to select from, Cvent requries that the price is made visible to the registrant so that they know how much to expect to pay. Additionally, some registrants make their selections based off of how much each item costs, so the price must be shown.

Hi Julia,

I removed the label and the word complimentary was successfully removed from the Submit Payment page in the registration. However it's still being shown in the Admission Item selection page. Any idea how we could remove it there as well?
