I've have one event, which has now been canceled in its entirety.  We will offer those who have signed up first chance to sign up for this work - related seminar in the fall.  My question is, should I just change the dates of the event in my current event and then the same people are signed up already and can opt out rather opting in AGAIN.  It's a shame that all of their data has been entered.  I'm sure that many of us are dealing with the fallout from the coronavirus.

We had to do this a couple years ago. We updated all the dates. Exported the sessions, edited the dates and imported them back. Set the refund policy to !00% refund. The main reason was we didn't want to use up our registration slots in our contract. :)
