  • 1.  Reference IDs

    I've created several new weblinks in my event and added a reference ID for each.
    The weblinks will be attached to some external marketing, but route to the summary page.
    Registrations are coming in, but the reference ID is not pulling into either the registration record or any report.
    I opened a case with Cvent and they escalated it, but so far no answer. Our marketing is dropping and we have no way to track it.

    Does anyone have experience with this? I'd be very gratefu

He informed me that after escalating this to our technology team, they do have more insight and will be sharing the information with you through case comments shortly.
