    Hi Will,

Are you referring to the gamification feature within the Attendee Hub? If so, this area is accessed on the event level within Attendee Hub > Website and App > Manage Website and App > Game tab. Setting Up and Managing the Attendee Hub Game walks through this process and how to set up your game step-by-step.

The only Attendee Hub level settings/permissions that exist on the account level within Admin currently are within Admin > User Roles and then if you click into a user role, there is a setting within the Event tab titled "Attendee Hub Permissions" where you can either give full access or no access to the Attendee Website and App.

Please let me know if you are referring to something else instead and I'm happy to point you in the right direction!

There is a gamification (in-game) element to CrowdCompass.
Make it interactive. For events geared toward social butterflies, attendees can post to the Event Feed and see what others are sharing over Twitter and Flickr in the SocialWall. Looking for more ways to drive engagement? Award attendees points for exploring the app with the in-app game, and collect feedback using CrowdCompass surveys or the feedback surveys you've already created in Event Management. Attendees can also ask questions with live Q&A, and respond to polls and see the results in real-time.

    Hi Will,

I consider myself a bit of a gamification guru. I recorded a podcast with Cvent (the App Ninja).

In the CrowdCompass event add module, there are 2 games:
    1. Game, which is a baked-in set of tasks/games to get your attendees used to the way the app looks, feels, and operations. I rename it "Meet the App," which you can do.
    2. Click, which is fully customizable gamification with a leaderboard. I rename it "Scavenger Hunt" and I customize the gaming to the physical site and/or to the exhibitors/sponsors and/or to the goals of the event.  You can actually broadcast the The Wall (see mine from my last onsite event) on a big screen or you may be able to set up a livestream of it for a virtual event. Either way, it is COOL. And it sparks participation. For a Virtual Event, there are Virtual Event scavenger hunt techniques you can use by having people find household items, asking attendees to visit sponsors in live collab sessions and take a "selfie" with the online sponsor. To make this more interactive, if the sponsor writes "Hi Joe Smith" on a piece of paper for Joe Smith and holds it up during the chat with the attendee, this is great proof of an attendee/sponsor interaction and a way to complete a task in CrowdCompass.
    I hope this helps!
