Hi, I love the idea of voice search. Will Cvent be implementing anything like this in their platform for accessibility?

We're definitely focusing on sustainability this year.

Mobile apps and making everything available digitally so people aren't picking up papers and spreading germs.

Focusing on more smaller road shows vs larger scale events.

In my opinion sustainability and mobile technology are the topics to focus. Those 2 topics are linked as mobile tech facilitates a paperless experience. Also the idea of organizing "regional / local" events where travel for participants might be reduced to the minimum.

One of my goals is to acquire new skills in the sense of mobile and the attendee hub.  With Crowd Compass retiring we have a need to utilize the platform and using the user friendly program should increase efficiency within our events while providing attendees with a great experience.

I think sustainable culture will soar this year as well as platforms that gather and verify information for vaccination, COVID testing, and screening for events.

We're looking forward to moving back to in person events at some point, and utilizing ID.me and OnArrival for safe and sustainable events.

I literally met with my boss earlier today and we talked about how this year our goal is to be sustainable. Coming out of a 2 year holding pattern we want to focus on getting back into the swing of things without reinventing the wheel.

Event wise we're still focusing on virtual events, with a very large industry conference in September to look forward to.

I think hybrid and virtual events will become the norm!
Sustainability/carbon footprint is at the heart of this but also because of the uptick in participation.
I don't think covid is going anywhere, and by offering hybrid platforms then those who are in isolation or can't travel etc. will have an opportunity to participate.

I love that sustainable business culture is on the list, I hope it becomes more of a permanent culture adjustment vs. a trend.

Making use of digital technology that puts information and the ability to act in the hands of our attendees is key focus area for 2022. As we transition back into in-person events, using event apps to provide attendees with event related information and allow them to complete event experiences such as checking in helps reduce traditional touchpoints while equipping attendees with information that is always with them (versus leaving it behind in their hotel room).
