    So many out there. Out VOIP software has it built in.
    There is of course, Skype and MicroSoft Teams.

    A bit off topic but we are considering replacing a +100 attendee conference through as a webinar.
    COVID-19 is making everyone think differently.

    Hi Kristina, 

    I am using primarily Zoom, both for 1x1 meetings and transforming our in-person event into a virtual conference (using Zoom as the interface, but still using Cvent for registration and sponsorship) .  I am also using Skype for more person, quick meetings.

    We are using Go To meeting right now. But we just heard zoom has "breakout" rooms you can do.. Anyone using Zoom right now?

    We use Zoom, was using Skype, and are transitioning Skype to Teams (for internal meetings).

    Zoom works well, and we had moved off of BlueJeans.

    For team meetings, oddly the Virtual Background feature of Zoom is fun, and helps us connect.

    Did you have any challenges with Zoom?
    Did you use the "breakout" room feature?
    Lastly - did you ever have to get support? We are liking the option of a chat feature on zoom support..

    We use Zoom across three regions (each with its own office location) of the world, and connect with several dozen countries. Connections have generally been more solid than BlueJeans, and much better than Skype. I think we generally see connection issues where it is the local person's connectivity and not the system itself.

    We expect to start using breakout rooms in coming months. 
    I am unsure our support tier with Zoom, but we have several dozen users.
