    Can someone tell me what the following error message means? You can't edit all three identification fields. Please check the information you entered and try again.

    Some of our registrants receive this message, and I'm trying to figure out what triggers it and if I can re-word the error message to better explain to those registrants who receive it so that they can 'fix' what went 'wrong'.

    Hi Flora,

    I hope you are doing well! To confirm, is your registrants' data being pre-populated during the registration process? If so, this error message is triggered when an invitee is attempting to edit their first name, last name, and email address. The system will not allow for this, as it is changing the pre-populated contact. 

    You are able to change the text of the error message within Website & Registration > Language Management > Search for the message and Edit.
