Hi! Yes, we block all personal email addresses from registering for our event. Within your Flex event under
Website & Registration>
Registration Process and click on the
Open Site Designer button. In the top left corner, click on the drop down and scroll down to
Registration Paths. Click on the gear icon next to the registration path which will open up the
Edit Registration Path screen, scroll down to the
Privacy Setting and slide the
Limit registration by IP address or email domain and then click the
Blocking the following email domains and then enter in the personal email addresses (i.e., yahoo.com,gmail.com,aol.com,outlook.com, etc.). Then you should be all set.

Hi! We always have folks register with Yahoo or Gmail email addresses for our event which we are hoping to block. Is this a possibility when building out the Flex registration page/process? We are trying to steer our customers to register with their actual company email address instead. Thanks in advance!
