  • 1.  Empty prefix defaults to Mr./Ms.

    If a contact did not provide a prefix during registration, any time we use the prefix tag (in emails, badges, etc.), it says "Mr./Ms." instead of just omitting the field altogether. Does anyone know of a way to override this? Though it's very progressive of Cvent in this day and age, it's causing a lot of confusion!

    Never mind, found the answer! For anyone else who's wondering, this can be changed in:

    Admin > Account > Contacts > Default Data Tag Text
