Event Management

*NEW FLEX RELEASE* Concur Widget: You can now use the Concur Widget, and have your registrants select flights from a pre-selected list. This data will be synced back to the Cvent system and show up in your Flex event.

Save the Date Email: Get attendees to block off their calendars early for your event. With the new Save the Date email, you can let attendees know your event dates before you've even sent invitations or opened registration.

Lockout for Repeated Incorrect Registration Confirmation Number (Classic Registration Events Only): To better protect your registrants' information, we've added more security around the registration confirmation number. Now when a registrant enters the wrong confirmation number 3 times on the event website, they'll be locked out and prevented from trying again for 30 minutes.

Updated Match Settings for Syncing w/ Marketo: You can now choose to match Cvent contacts with Marketo leads by first name, last name, and email address instead of email address only. Previously, we only used the email address to find matches, which could cause problems if more than one lead had the same address. Now, when you match by all three fields, you'll ensure the correct leads are updated whenever a sync occurs.
