Hi, 

Trivial question, but when you select a date to close registration for a session (Automatically closes on mm/dd/yyyy), what time on that day does it close? For example, if I choose close on 08/20/2021, will it close at 12:01AM or 11:59PM or somewhere in between? Is it based on my time zone or the attendee's?

I'm going to say the day ends at 11:59pm and is based on the time zone you selected.

Man, I have had a big problem with the session registration close time, too.  I would like it to close mid-morning on the day-off for an afternoon workshop.  But it cannot, as it is programmed.  I believe that 11:59 PM is correct.

Nope. I had asked admissions to open at a specific date/time. Date was added, still hoping time will be added. Be good to same for closing.

Your only workaround is to edit your timezone to offset the time. Not great, but it does work. I've done it before.

I submitted an Idea for Cvent to add a session close time. I would much rather choose a time, then rely on Cvent's default or mess around with time zones for a work around. Vote for it!​
