Has anyone ever done an admin level export of all data from Inquisium?  Looking for something easier than 25 events at a time

1 Access the new report. Under Section Links to the left, click Cross Survey Reports (Future).

In the Reports section, click the name of the report.

2 Set the report's criteria. Click Add Surveys. Enter a title or a date range, then click Search. In the Results section, check the surveys and click AddUp to twenty surveys can be added to your report.

Select all of the other data that you would like included in the report, whether it's response status, report output, or question matching.

To determine which fields will display, click the neighboring tab, Data Grouping and Filters or Fields (depending on the report you run). The fields with the + could be associated to the report, while the fields with the check mark are associated to this report. Click the icons to determine what will and will not display in the report.

    Once you're done, click Run
    .

NOTE: To review the report at a later time, click Queue Report while it runs. Once you're ready to view the queued report, click the Queued Reports tab, then the name of the report. The report will only display data that was available when the report was initially run. Any data collected after will not display.

If you need to make any last minute tweaks to the selected data, hover over Data and click Change Report Data once the report has been generated.

3 Filter the report. To add a filter to the report, hover over Data and click Filter Report Data in the top right of the report. Establish how the information will be filtered.

    Click Apply.

4 Review the data. Quickly review the data. To filter the data further, hover over the ellipsis (...) in the top right of the report's chart or grid, then click Edit.

NOTE: Matrix questions will not be available in your data.

You can quickly remove a column, group the data, view data summaries, or customize the graphs.

If you'll be referencing this report a lot or adding it to a portal, hover over ...Actions in the top right of the report and click Save As. This will save all of the filters and report settings, making it faster to review the data in the future. Give the report a name and description, then click Save. To export the info, hover over ...Actions and click Export. Select a Format and enter a File Name, then click Export.

5 Add the report to a portal, if necessary. After you've saved a copy of the report, exit out of it. You'll return to the Reports tab. Click the neighboring tab, Saved Reports. To the right of the report, click the arrow next to the Run button, then click Publish to Portals. Check which portals the report will be added to, then click Continue.

To determine the reports' visibility in the portal, click the pencil icon under Actions. Determine if everyone using the portal will have access to the report or if only a select group will. For select groups, use the Filter By dropdown to narrow down the search, then check which users or groups will have access.

Click Save to make the report access changes.

To alert users that the report is in the portal, switch "Notify users that they can view this report" to Yes.

    Click Save.

    Hi Christine,
It doesn't look like there is a way to quickly export all survey data, but I wish there was!
