We just spent about 6 months fixing our Concur integration after it stopped working. A couple questions for you. When accessing Concur normally outside of Cvent, does your company use SSO? If yes, is the field your using in the Cvent>Concur integration the SAME as your Concur login ID (i.e. is your email address your concur login ID and is that what you have selected as the mapping field under Integration > Concur within the event in Cvent?

We have integrated with Concur for travel bookings when registering with the event. The problem we are having is that when clicking on the link in Cvent causes the traveler to have a duplicate Concur profile. Anyone know how to resolve this?
