    We are thinking about how we can help serve our association community members looking for work and thought about running some kind of job fayre during our event in April 2021. Fully virtual event on Cvent Attendee Hub.

    Looking to see if any of these wise Cvent Community members had done similar already, or thinking of planning something similar. Love to share thoughts and ideas. Wondered about doing something via topic channels in the app or having some sort of open session or area where folks can post resumes. 

    If any Cvent Support have ideas - love to hear that too :)

    I love this idea! Using the Exhibitor and Lead Capture functionality in the Virtual Attendee Hub would be an excellent solution for this! Also, you can capture attendee info that Exhibitors want to know when they consider hiring. 

    I definitely would offer Exhibitors sponsored sessions. Also, full-collaborative sessions would be an excellent way to help attendees connect with each other and discuss top-of-mind industry TIPS (trends, implications, possibilities, solutions). 

    Attendees could fill out their app profile and provide a link to their LinkedIn, their own website for independent entrepreneurs, and you could even use the app to gamify visiting Exhibitors.

    Lead capturing would be great as well as allowing the attendees to schedule meetings with each other and personal chat features. This is a great idea with a ton of potential.

    Agree with the other suggestions on Lead Capture and Virtual Attendee Hub would be good solutions for this. IF you can set up the zoom rooms to have specific fields and then have speed interviews with candidates that could be fun! where they have 15 mins to talk and then route to another room with another interviewer. Also, loved the idea of linking their LinkedIn profiles to their accounts.
