    Has anyone been successful in running Facebook ads to their Cvent Flex event?

    I have added the snippet code, but Facebook is saying that it can't find the pixel on my event.

    Would love to connect with anyone who has done this successfully as we are losing out on the ability to track our cost to acquire a customer.

    IDK. I followed the instructions Adding Code Snippets to Your Flex Event
    and don't see the same screen as in the instructions. Do you?

    Thanks for your reply Steven.  After I have added the snippets at the account level, then yes, that is the screen I see at the event level.  However, overall the instructions are horrible and I have not managed to get the pixel to work.
