    Hi,

    Our designers created a copy of the agenda and want to add it to our Cvent website so guests can download it. How is this possible?

    Hi Mariah,

    You would first need to upload the file to your media library - assuming it's a pdf, you would go to Admin > Libraries > Document Library > Double click on an existing folder or add a new one > Add File at top left. Once the file has uploaded, double click it to view its information. At the bottom, under "Additional Information", is a reference link. Copy this URL.

    Within Flex, you can add a button or text block that links to this URL by adding the desired widget. If you add it within registration, your button options are limited, so I would suggest using the text widget under Page Options > Text & Visuals.

    @Mariah Harden, unless your AGenda is static, i.e. does NOT change, posting a PDF is risky. If you set up your sessions in Cvent you can make them visible on an Agenda page and people can just create a PDF of the page with their browser's save or print button.

    Have you considered using #CrowdCompass, the Cvent integrated conference app? The Agenda can be viewed and updated dynamically as changes are made to the Agenda.

    We've moved completely away from paper. It is a big pain, we go through multiple versions, and someone always has the outdated version, causing frustration and confusion. ​​

    Hi Mariah,

    You can just add it as a document to your site, then use that link.  I've created our own agenda page with a "Click here (put link in here) for the agenda"
