We fall into the track everything camp right now, but maybe it's just entering the meeting into a request form so you have the basic data, but there's no registration site. If stakeholders need visibility to what's being managed under your current meetings policy standards, maybe you rely on the Request Form report to judge how many of these smaller activities are taking place and make a decision in the next few months for how to adjust (if at all).

Hi there, just wanted to check what other companies specify in their meeting and events policy as to what goes on the calendar or needs a registration form/site?
Right now we specify any event with over 10 attendees. Does anyone add any events that are lower in number? Just curious as since we went virtual we are also doing a lot more smaller meetings as well as the conferences getting bigger.
