    1. Do you feel comfortable with integrations with your event tech or feel like there are opportunities for improvement?
      1. I am a true believer in continuous improvement and appreciate that Cvent is always looking to improve the platform
    2. Are you preparing to face changes to your event program and going back in person as we move into this new age of events?
      1. I can't wait to get back to our own in-person events! We are doing very small events in which we do not utilize Cvent, but have not gone back to our "regular" events in-person yet.

    1. Do you feel comfortable with integrations with your event tech or feel like there are opportunities for improvement? Excited to read everyone's feedback on this.  As a hotelier this isn't an applicable questions for me.
    1. Are you preparing to face changes to your event program and going back in person as we move into this new age of events? Here in Florida we have been back in person and we are seeing that the rest of 2022 is forecasting to be very strong with last minute demand.  2023 is already very full as well!

I am not comfortable yet with the new world of event tech. We will be gearing up to make changes to our meeting rooms to accommodate the new climate of technology in events.

    1. Do you feel comfortable with integrations with your event tech or feel like there are opportunities for improvement? While I'm pretty comfortable with technology, I find the biggest hurdle has been convincing leadership or people not as familiar with it to take a gamble on trying out something new.
    2. Are you preparing to face changes to your event program and going back in person as we move into this new age of events?  Biggest challenges are spacing and ensuring we can create an environment where everyone feels safe and comfortable.

We are bringing so many of the best practices developed over the last two years into our program as the transition to in person events. From maintaining a heighten focus on health safety protocols, incorporating the right tech solutions to engage all attendees in person or virtual, and really envisioning the total experience, our program looks very different from what it was pre-pandemic in an exciting way.

    1.  I work for a CVB so we aren't necessarily the ones who put on the events. However, I know we could certainly upgrade our technology especially now since COVID has changed so many things.
    2. Here in GA, we have been open for awhile and have already gone back to large in-person events. However, some groups are still doing Hybrid meetings, want social-distanced meeting space, etc. We are flexible and willing to meet clients needs.
