Hi Heather,
You can remove the Modification and Cancellation Button widget from the confirmation page or add a specific date, till when invitees are allowed to take those actions. This will ensure registrants are not able to modify or cancel the registration or the option is automatically hidden, when the date is passed.

Our registration has closed. Registrants should be able to cancel or modify their registration until the 15th because that is when we need to give the final headcount to the hotel. We do not want to allow anyone to cancel after this point. We've mentioned this during registration, so users are aware there is a point where they will not be given a refund. Is there a way to prevent registration modification after the 15th? How do we do that?
