Hi everyone (Meeting Planners and Sales Managers)! What Custom Questions do you have (or receive) in your account that you ask hotels in the RFP?
We currently ask the following questions and are looking to update as they have been the same since 2013!
- Is there a fee to use a credit card to pay for all meeting related charges?
- Do you provide complimentary wifi in your meeting rooms and sleeping rooms? (We might break out this question into 2 or remove as it is already asked in Section 5 of the Proposal Preferences).
- Do you have complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport? (We might remove since this is already asked in Section 5 of the Proposal Preferences).
- Will the hotel guarantee a no-walk clause?
