    I have a question for the new user experience that is coming - we have event templates that are created in FLEX. Will we be able to continue to use them once the new experience is rolled out or will we need to create new templates again? If they will be useable, will they be updated to the new format?

    Hi Judi, thanks for the question.

    The new experience will update the "look and feel" of the entire application, regardless of which event type you are using. However, if you want to take advantage of the reimagined workflows for creation, feature selection, and home page event management, you'll have to use Flex. Once you've adopted the new experience, the next time you create a Flex event (via scratch, copy, or template), it'll be powered by the new tech we've built.

    So for part 1 of your question - you will be able to use the templates you've built for Flex moving forward.
    For part 2 - they will be updated to the new format.

    The visual changes are already available in your account today by using the "opt-in" banner on the top of the screen. If you'd like to try the enhanced workflows that are Flex-specific, you can reach out to your account rep about getting this turned on for you.

    Survey seems to be getting the next round of attention and updates. 
    Would you please expand some on how the platform changes, reporting, and the email designer changes we see in FLEX will effect/update eMarketing.

    Thank you for your question! We don't currently have any immediate plans to update our eMarketing solution, but we are evaluating what improvements we may make in the future. If there are any enhancements you're looking forward to, definitely let us know. You can submit your feedback directly in the Community through Ideas in the navigation menu, as well as share with our support team or your account team.
