Hi everyone, We want to develop a "double opt-in" in Cvent.  Meaning, we want to a) create and receive an affirmative answer that the attendee wants to receive additional marketing information and b) when the attendee receives their confirmation, there is another link that they select/click to confirm once again that they want to receive additional marketing information.   This is required by our Germany affiliate; but also, we believe it may be required by more affiliates in the future.  Have you created a double opt-in using Cvent?  If so, how did you do it?  Thank you.  Micky

How about a registration question question with a sub question confirming the first check?

I use multi answer questions with just one answer. I think they look better than radio buttons.
