    I am receiving reports of someone who can't proceed past the landing page on a registration - when he clicks proceed to register, he gets an error message that says "the time has expired on this registration."

    I've checked the start dates and end dates of the event, and they are fine, and I can't replicate the error if I walk through the registration steps. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Hi Elena,

    The error message "the time has expired on this registration" will appear for the invitees when they are on the same page for 20 minutes while registering for the event.

    This timeout for Flex - Invitee Side registration is 20 minutes by default as of now and cannot be changed. 

    Note: The timeout is refreshed when invitee clicks on Next or Save button while moving through registration pages.

    Please advise the invitee to use the link or the email again to register.

    Any suggestions if that didn't work?  We've had this registrant switch browsers and clear his caches, and he is still getting the same error message.
